Here are some photos taken last week. Most of them are taken around Albany,
but a few around Augusta and on the wonderful South Coast drive from Augusta to Albany through the forests and towns,
including Denmark and Walpole.

This is a wonderful interactive tribute to the thousands of Australians and New Zealanders who served, fought and died during the first World War. Even as a pacifist like myself, you must respect the bravery and patriotism of these young people. Notice the plaque tribute to Attaturk. Even though he was in charge of the Turkish army which the ANZAC’s fought against, he came to be highly respected by Australians. How terrible is the current Turkish leader by comparison!
